Principal | Energy & Infrastructure
Alberto is the Founder of Quantessa, with over five years of experience across investment banking, private equity and consulting. His expertise spans financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis, particularly across renewable energy, infrastructure and clean technology.
Prior to founding Quantessa, Alberto worked at Marathon Capital, where he gained experience advising on equity capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions across the renewable energy, digital infrastructure and clean technology sectors in Europe and the United States. His transaction experience includes the sale of the remaining 50% stake in Island Green Power to Macquarie and an equity capital raising for SSE-backed Renewco Power.
Before Marathon Capital, Alberto worked at AMPYR Solar Europe, where he contributed to the financial analysis supporting a €200 million project financing facility secured for the construction of utility-scale solar parks in the Netherlands.
At Quantessa, Alberto applies his transaction experience and technical expertise to developing bespoke financial models, conducting model reviews and delivering financial analysis tailored to clients’ needs.
